Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

This Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Lasio Professional Hair Care ("Sponsor"). One (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize includes a trip to Florida to visit Lasio headquarters, a personal meet-and-greet with CEO Nadine Ramos, an exclusive office tour, and a professional hair transformation/treatment performed by Lasio's expert team.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the official launch date announced by Lasio Professional Hair Care on its official channels and ends on the date specified in the official announcement (the "Promotion Period"). Lasio reserves the right to extend or close the Promotion Period at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. No entries will be accepted after the Promotion Period closes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Lasio Professional Hair Care, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or their immediate family members
• Meet all other requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions

4. HOW TO ENTER

Details on entry methods will be provided in the official Promotion announcement on Lasio's website and social media channels. Entry may include one or more of the following methods:

• Online entry via Lasio's official website or designated landing page
• Social media entry as specified in the official Promotion announcement
• Mail-in entry: Send a handwritten entry including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Lasio Professional Hair Care, [ADDRESS]. One (1) free entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Maximum of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following (the "Prize"):

• A trip to Florida to visit Lasio Professional Hair Care headquarters
• A personal meet-and-greet with Lasio CEO, Nadine Ramos
• An exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Lasio office and facilities
• A professional hair transformation and treatment performed by Lasio's expert team, using Lasio Professional Hair Care products
• Round-trip economy airfare or ground transportation for out-of-state winners (see Section 7)
• 2-night hotel accommodations (based on availability, at Sponsor's selection)

Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon by the winner and Lasio Professional Hair Care. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. No substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The specific hair services provided are subject to Lasio's professional assessment and availability on the scheduled visit date.

6. PRIZE DRAWING

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within 10 business days of the close of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL COVERAGE

If the winner resides outside the state of Florida, Lasio Professional Hair Care will cover the following reasonable travel expenses:

• Round-trip economy airfare or ground transportation for the winner
• Airport or transit transfers to and from the Lasio offices and hotel

Travel arrangements are subject to the following conditions:

• Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon between the winner and Lasio Professional Hair Care
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of the prize award date
• Any expenses not listed above — including but not limited to meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and souvenirs — are the sole responsibility of the winner
• Winners who reside in Florida are not eligible for travel expense reimbursement but are still eligible to win the Prize

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 10 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to:

• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification
• Provide valid government-issued photo identification
• Provide valid proof of U.S. residency

Failure to comply with these requirements within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, hair transformation results, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes by Lasio Professional Hair Care — including on social media, the Lasio website, and marketing materials — without additional compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Lasio Professional Hair Care reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Lasio is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lasio Professional Hair Care and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or participation in the Prize, including any hair services rendered.

13. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that any disputes arising out of this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and, if applicable, for promotional use as described in Section 10. Please review Lasio's Privacy Policy at www.lasioinc.com.

15. DISCLAIMERS

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platform through which entries may be submitted (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or others). Any questions or concerns regarding this Promotion should be directed to Lasio Professional Hair Care, not to any third-party platform.
