Shipping and subscription Policy

 All Lasio sales are final.

Shipping Policy:

All orders made to Lasio Professional Products will ship within 24 business hours after receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend, or on days that the Corporate Office is closed, will ship out the next business day.

Route protection:

Lasio offers customers insurance on all orders for a small fee. This insurance covers damage, loss and theft.  Any claims must be handled directly through the Route Protection company. 

Customers can add Route protection to their order on the cart page before checking out.

Free shipping: 

Please note that our free shipping offer applies only to domestic orders within the continental USA. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and will incur shipping charges based on the destination country and the weight of the package. Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

We strive to provide the best shipping options for our customers worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate to avoid any delays or complications with your order.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

If you subscribed using ShopPay, please see below: 

Removing a card from Shop Pay no longer cancels active subscriptions that were set up through Shop Pay. The card disappears from the buyer’s Shop Pay wallet and from Shop Pay checkout, but subscription billing can keep using the same underlying payment method. If the buyer does nothing, those charges can continue on that card.

If you want a different card on a subscription, you can update it from your Shop account (manage subscriptions at shop.app/account/subscriptions).
