Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders made to Lasio, Inc. will ship 24 business hours after receiving payment. Online, Emailed or Phone made over the weekend, or on days that the Corporate Office is closed, will ship out the next business day. If rush shipping is needed, please call your order into Lasio, Inc.’s Corporate Office so proper shipping rates can be administered.
All Lasio Sales are final. Lasio, Inc. does not accept exchanges nor returns – unless a product is damaged during shipping or the wrong product is delivered. Customers must inspect their packages upon delivery and report any claims for damaged or replacement products within 7 days of delivery. Any requests after the 7 days will not be honored.

Damaged Goods/Wrong Product:
If the wrong product or a product damaged in shipping is received, please email clear photos of the product to email@example.com for review. Once the photos are reviewed, a return label will be emailed to the customer. Once the tracking number shows the product in transit, a replacement item will be sent out to the customer.
