Return/Exchange Policy:

All Lasio Pro account sales are final.  Lasio professional products does not accept exchanges nor returns – unless a product is damaged during shipping or the wrong product is delivered. A damaged or misdelivered product must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Lasio is not liable for missing packages. 

Lasio does not issue reimbursement for products that have been opened and/or tampered with.

 

Damaged Goods/Wrong Product:

If the wrong product or a damaged product is received, please email clear photos of the product to customerservice@lasioinc.com for review. If a product has caused a spillage, photographic evidence of the leak must also be provided. 

All products must remain fully sealed in order to be deemed eligible for a return or exchange. If the customer has broken the plastic seal around the product, Lasio will no longer accept it as a return or exchange.

Once the photos are reviewed and accepted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer. Once Lasio receives the returned product, a replacement item will be sent to the customer.
