These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lasioinc.com (the "Website") and purchases made through the Website from Lasio Professional Products LLC ("LASIO," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to retail customers, professional customers, and other Website visitors, subject to any separate agreement that applies to a particular program or relationship.

Please read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy before using the Website or placing an order. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Website.

1. Privacy and Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected, along with the choices and rights available to you. Registration information, customer-service inquiries, and other personal information are handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides technology supporting the Website, checkout, and related services. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about Shopify and other service providers involved in processing personal information.

Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for marketing messages, cookies, or other uses of personal information.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and purchases must be made by or with the authorization of a person legally able to enter into the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly at customerservice@lasioinc.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

If you use the Website on behalf of a salon, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify account eligibility, professional credentials, or purchasing authority.

3. Retail and Professional Purchases

Retail customers may purchase products for personal use. Eligible professional customers may purchase products for use in their salon or professional services, subject to product restrictions, applicable licensing requirements, and the terms of their professional account.

Resale, wholesale distribution, or distribution through third-party marketplaces requires LASIO's authorization, unless expressly permitted by a separate agreement with us. Opening an account or purchasing a product does not by itself grant unrestricted distribution or resale rights.

Professional pricing, account access, and program benefits are available only to customers who meet the applicable eligibility requirements. Any separate distributor, wholesale, affiliate, ambassador, or professional-account agreement governs the matters it specifically addresses.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change. The price and applicable charges presented at checkout apply to your order, subject to correction of errors as described below. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, purchasing restrictions, a material error, or a violation of these Terms. We will notify you using the contact information provided with your order when an accepted order is canceled or requires a material change.

If we discover a pricing or other material error after an order is placed, we will explain the issue and either request your agreement to revised terms or cancel the affected order. We will not charge an increased price without your authorization. Payments for canceled, unfulfilled items will be refunded as required by applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for current order-processing times, business-day schedules, shipping charges, delivery information, and international-shipping conditions. Any specific shipping commitment presented with your order also applies.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances. These circumstances do not remove any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide the notice and cancellation or refund options required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. Any optional shipping-protection service is subject to its own terms and does not replace rights you have against LASIO under applicable law.

6. Returns, Damaged Products, and Incorrect Orders

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements are subject to qualification under our Return and Refund Policy and review and approval by LASIO, except where a remedy is required by applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

To request a return or report an order issue, email customerservice@lasioinc.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and any supporting information. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please include clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Please obtain return authorization and instructions before sending products back. If your request qualifies, we will confirm the available remedy and applicable return, refund, exchange, or replacement instructions in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits a remedy or right available to you under applicable law.

7. Product Information and Use

We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and images accurate and current. Packaging and screen colors may vary, and occasional errors or omissions may occur. We may correct Website information as needed, subject to our obligations regarding existing orders and applicable consumer rights.

Use products according to their labels, instructions, and any applicable professional training requirements. Products identified as professional-use products should be used only by appropriately qualified professionals. Do not use a product contrary to its warnings or directions.

Website education and product information do not replace an individual professional assessment or the instructions supplied with a product. These Terms do not excuse inaccurate or misleading product claims or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Website Content and Permitted Use

The Website and its original content, including LASIO branding, text, images, videos, graphics, and educational materials, are owned by Lasio Professional Products LLC or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse the Website, make permitted purchases, and use its normal features for personal or authorized professional purposes. Materials expressly offered for download or professional marketing use may be used for the purposes described with those materials, subject to any accompanying conditions or separate agreement.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not sell, license, republish, or substantially reproduce Website content, alter LASIO trademarks, or imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Permission to use a particular marketing asset does not grant ownership of that asset or a general license to LASIO's brand.

You may link to publicly accessible Website pages in a lawful, accurate manner that does not falsely suggest sponsorship or affiliation. Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use or lawful, honest commentary about LASIO or its products.

9. Reviews, Photos, Videos, and Other Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. When you intentionally submit a review, photo, video, or other content for public display on the Website, you grant LASIO a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and make technical formatting changes to that content for the public-display purpose for which you submitted it. This license includes use by service providers assisting with that purpose and does not transfer ownership of your content.

We will seek separate permission for advertising or promotional use beyond the purpose for which the content was submitted, unless you have already granted that permission under a separate agreement or submission disclosure. Any editing must not materially misrepresent your experience or opinion.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content, including permission from identifiable people when required. Content must not infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, or contain unlawful threats, harassment, or malicious software.

Private emails, customer-service conversations, account details, and order information are not granted a public-content or advertising license under this section. Their handling is addressed in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate spam, unlawful material, private information, or content that violates these requirements. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or claim ownership of customers' reviews. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to share a lawful, honest account of your experience.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website to commit fraud, violate applicable law, access accounts or systems without authorization, upload malicious code, interfere with Website security or operation, or collect other users' personal information without a lawful basis.

You may not use automated tools to bypass access controls, extract nonpublic data, or impose an unreasonable burden on the Website. You must not misrepresent your identity, professional credentials, authorization, or relationship with LASIO.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may include links, tools, or services provided by third parties. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review before using their services.

We do not control independent third-party websites and do not endorse all of their content merely by linking to them. This section does not remove LASIO's responsibilities for its own products, representations, transactions, or handling of personal information.

12. Promotions, Programs, Events, and Subscriptions

Promotions, giveaways, education classes, events, loyalty programs, affiliate programs, subscriptions, and other special offers may have additional terms presented when you participate or enroll. Those terms may cover eligibility, pricing, scheduling, recurring charges, cancellation, refunds, commissions, or other program-specific conditions.

Review the applicable terms before participating. If a specific program term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term controls for that program, subject to applicable law. Subscription charges and renewal conditions must be disclosed before enrollment, and enrollment requires the agreement required by applicable law.

13. Email and Text Messages

We may send communications relating to your orders, account, or customer-service requests. Marketing messages are subject to your preferences, applicable consent requirements, and any program terms presented when you sign up.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. If you enroll in marketing text messages, the applicable messaging terms and privacy disclosures provided at enrollment govern that program. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchase.

Follow the opt-out instructions in text messages, including replying STOP where supported. You may also contact customerservice@lasioinc.com for assistance. Opting out of marketing does not, by itself, close your account or prevent necessary nonmarketing communications relating to an existing order or service request.

14. Copyright Concerns

If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright, contact customerservice@lasioinc.com. Identify the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it, its Website location, your contact details, and your authority to act for the rights holder. Include enough information for us to evaluate and respond to the concern.

15. Website Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Website will always be free from technical errors or harmful components.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LASIO disclaims implied warranties regarding the Website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. This disclaimer does not limit express product warranties, binding product descriptions, statutory product guarantees, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LASIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your statutory consumer, product, and privacy rights remain unaffected. Where a limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

16. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Lasio Professional Products LLC and its personnel against reasonable losses, damages, and legal costs resulting from a third-party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights through content you submit.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from LASIO's own negligence, misconduct, or breach of its obligations, and it does not override any nonwaivable consumer protection.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to any rights you have under mandatory law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law provides those rights. It does not prevent complaints to government agencies or regulators.

If you have a concern, you may contact customerservice@lasioinc.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right. These Terms do not impose a separate shortened deadline for bringing a claim.

18. Changes to the Terms and Website Access

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms applicable when the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Your continued use of the Website after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend Website or account access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms. Suspension does not eliminate obligations relating to accepted orders, refunds, personal information, or other rights that survive under applicable law.

19. General Provisions

These Terms, the policies incorporated above, and any applicable separate agreement govern the matters they address. A separate written agreement with LASIO controls over these Terms for the matters specifically covered by that agreement. The applicable Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy control their respective operational details, subject to your nonwaivable rights.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Use of the Website does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with LASIO. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
