Lasio offers customers insurance on all orders for a small fee. This insurance covers damage, loss and theft.  Any claims must be handled directly through the Shipinsure Protection company. 

Customers can add Shipinsurance to their order on the cart page before checking out. 

Return/Exchange Policy:

All Lasio sales are final. Lasio Professional Haircare does not accept exchanges nor returns.
