All Lasio Pro account sales are final.  Lasio professional products does not accept exchanges nor returns – unless a product is damaged during shipping or the wrong product is delivered.

 

Damaged Goods/Wrong Product:

If the wrong product or a product damaged in shipping is received, please email clear photos of the product to customerservice@lasioinc.com for review.  Once the photos are reviewed, a return label will be emailed to the customer.  Once the tracking number shows the product in transit, a replacement item will be sent out to the customer.
