Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy
All orders made to Lasio Professional Products will ship within 24 business hours after receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend, or on days that the Lasio Beauty Factory is closed, will ship out the next business day.
For International Orders: Please note for all international orders any duties owed is the responsibility of the receiver. Lasio Professional Products does not cover duty fees.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lasio products! If you feel that a product you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know. We’d love to hear your feedback and see if we can find another solution to help you achieve your personal hair goals!
Our Returns + Exchanges Policy
You can return or exchange any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees).
• Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
• Returned items will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. We will automatically deduct this fee from your refund.
• Returns on items received after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion.
• Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
• Eligible items have been purchased directly on lasioinc.com. Unfortunately, we cannot receive returns or process exchanges on excessively used products or products purchased at other retailer partners. Please contact their customer service team for information on their return policy.
To complete a return:
1. Email customerservice@lasioinc.com with your order number (or name and address) and any items that you would like to return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
3. Your return will be processed upon arrival. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. When your return has been received and processed, we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed after receiving your return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To complete an exchange:
1. Email customerservice@lasioinc.com with your order number (or name and address) and any items that you would like to exchange. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
3. Applicable store credit in the amount of your original purchase will be issued or your replacement item will be shipped upon arrival of your original purchase (limit 1 per original order). We will send you a confirmation via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Damaged Goods/Wrong Product:
If the wrong product or a product damaged in shipping is received, please email clear photos of the product to customerservice@lasioinc.com for review. Once the photos are reviewed, a return label will be emailed to you. Once the tracking number shows the product in transit, a replacement item will be sent out to the customer.
